I a moment ago signed up for Road Runner at the Time Warner building, they gave me the home installation tackle and I set everything up perfectly. My cable modem is on and running, adjectives the lights are blinking, my icon at the bottom say I'm 100% connected, all firewalls are bad, I've power-cycled the modem and restarting my computer a hundred times. I even went so far as buying a different network adapter and re-installed the operating system. I've done everything. But when I unambiguous the Internet browser, it doesn't connect. Anyone know the problem?
Why can I not connect to the Internet?
Maybe..try this..go to my computer..my meet people places..my connections...see if your lan connection is enabled...that is to say all i get..hope its something simple/cheap.
RoadRunner sucks. I have it and never use it. The email at hand doesn't work. I have sent myself emails from yahoo to RR and never catch them at RR. My advice is stick to yahoo. I enjoy RR just to sign up for the internet conection. Once I get it I changed my home page to yahoo and got a free yahoo email. I've tried contacting RR in the region of the problem with my email at hand, but they won't talk to me... I guess they don't resembling yahoo!
