Why does a 64 bit text of 3DS max 9 have highly developed requitements specifically RAM 4g recomended??

i dun read between the lines why 64 bit version of 3ds max 9 requirements more ram at the autodesk site it say for 64 bit ver tat 4 gb ram iz recomended... while the 32 bit ver solitary has a requite ment of 1 to 2 gbs of ramm. i am concerned abt this as i can shifting to 64 bit core 2 duo e6600 processor...and i wanna know y 64 bit wants more ram.. IS IT more bump hungry?? if so then its smaller quantity effecient then the 32 bit versi

Why does a 64 bit text of 3DS max 9 have highly developed requitements specifically RAM 4g recomended??

Because Max, as are adjectives 3D apps, is esentially memory hungry. The 64 bit procs, OS's, and apps let user applications access more than 4 GB of RAM. A single Windows 32 bit app. can solitary access 2 GB of availble memory. The max RAM a 32 bit proc. can directly address is 4GB, unless you use PAE extensions. The short answer is that Max has other bottlenecked at 2GB of RAM. I used to be in charge of a movie studio render tend and we started experimenting with the 64 bit stuff as soon as it be available.
Well, you can consider it this way :

The 64-Bit publication can actually process more notes faster, however, this also means you can bottleneck your system faster that style either, so they recommend a together lot more RAM so that those bottlenecks could be avoided.

Lastly, it's still ok to run 3DS Max9 even if you only hold 1 to 2Gig of RAM.
