everytime i start my PC the icon are located in different position from I final arranged them.
why does my desktop icon hold rearrange itself?
hi friend,simply RIGHT CLICK on the desktop NOTE(not at any icons), you will see a pop up menu at top of it says; ARRANGE ICON BY ) drage the mouse to it; you see an another menu appers at the midde of it say; AUTO ARRANGE just uncheck it and in attendance you have it, they can,t disterb you any more.soak up it
You need to right-click your desktop and beneath "arrange icons by.." choose something bar Auto arrange.
Also, you can download a free program that works great called "Icon Restore" that will set free the icon locations and put everything support if they get messed up. Search "Icon Restore" and you will find lots places to download it.
Try unclicking the "auto arrange" option.
You can find that if you right click on your desktop - Arrange Icons By > Auto Arrange.
