Why do I enjoy a blinking cursor surrounded by the upper vanished foot corner of my computer when I turn it on?

When I turn on my computer, the Dell logo comes on for a few second, then I find a blinking cursor in the upper disappeared hand corner of the eyeshade for 10 minutes, before the computer finally fully loads. Using proposal from you helpful folks at RunQA, I've unclicked most (though not all) of the programs that automatically start when I boot up. I've cleaned out adjectives the temporary files and cookies (though I'm sure this isn't the problem).

I do know that this problem didn't start until I bought a clean printer and installed that software and uninstalled the other printer's software.

Why do I enjoy a blinking cursor surrounded by the upper vanished foot corner of my computer when I turn it on?

the blinking cursor just scheme your computer is thinking --- if its taking a long time to boot up you may look into your programs that run @ startup --- they are located in your msconfig -- you can receive there by going to start after run then type within msconfig and hit enter -- they are located in startup tab-- you will want to know what programs are required to run your system so you dont mess anything up --- hope this helps
