Quoted:

hook.dll is a module which belongs to the Backdoor.Spymon Trojan. This Trojan allows attackers to access your computer from remote locations, stealing passwords, Internet bank and personal data. This process is a wellbeing risk and should be removed from your system.

It honestly sounds like you own a Trojan on your computer trying to loadup hook.dll to execute the virus onto your computer. I'm not quite sure if you want to nouns it back on at hand and open that wellbeing risk. Run a virus scanner if you have one on your computer and breed sure it is up to date. If you don't have one check out:

Also run Adaware:

Once you've gotten those running and it didnt detect a virus after I would just recommend clearing everything sour, making backups, and reformatting your computer. It would be beneficial anyhow if you haven't done it within a while. You'll find the speed of the computer increase dramatically and you can take fresh steps to make sure your computer is safe and sound. What you've got is a virus problem.
