Is 128mb of strike not enough anymore? I am trying to amount out why my pc is have trouble loading things even with a dignified speed cable connection.
Why does my cpu usage spike to 89-99 percent when loading a page?
I presume you have low memory. If your system have less than 4-500mhz of memory, it is stoneage. Your computer works overtime trying to nouns the page. Try upgrading the system or delete cookies or unnessacary programs. I had a computer similar to that, and thats what happened.
