I"m putting the signal through my emu soundcard and I disabled the motherboards onboard nouns. As far as I know all the drivers are installed correctly, but tips concerning this would be nice. Lately installation wizard is detecting new hardware and if I query it, all it turns up is that it's a PCI device but the driver for my nouns card is definitely installed so I'm completely stumped.
why can I hear nouns during soundtrack but not within medium player or system sounds?
Lately installation wizard is detecting modern hardware .....it sound slike to me you found the problem already, but immediately you have to reinstall this device to return with it funtioning properly and get your sounds and wav devices working again.
hmm.. I'm not comparatively sure
try this
control panel - sound and audio devices - audio tab, afterwards you will see three volume bottuns. Click on each and product sure none of the volumes are on mute
