which processor would execute better?

Okay immediately i was gunna build a custome PC from HP but im contained by a jam for which processor to choose. Okay i resembling to do extreme gaming and video editing ect. i now know numbering does not show performance so could someone plz provide me some serious feedback on which is the better of the 3 processor shown here?
