Access to the file is completely denied to me, even to delete the folder. Why can't I any access the folder or delete it? It's doing me no good newly residing in my rock-hard drive.
Thanks.
Why can't I access or delete folder after reinstalling window?
cause contained by your previous windows, u have a password for your account and u made your documents 'private' so no1 can see them in a minute.
yeah, u should format that drive that u have those 'documents' surrounded by it.
Hi.Try formating your hard drive earlier installing windows again. It may not permit you delete if this is a system file and with the sole purpose way to remove is format the drive and afterwards put windows wager on on
Take ownership of the files/folders. Right click on the folder that you can't access, click properties, click the deposit tab, click the advanced button, select the Owner tab on the "Advanced security settings" glass, select the account you want to exchange ownership of the folders/files to, select "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects" then click OK. It may lift a few minutes, depending on how many files near are, but you should now be capable of access the files as you please.
