Why am i not getting the folder options within the tools menu contained by the My Computer?

When we want to covering the folder, we can do so by clicking do not view obscured files , For this we should open Folder options within the tools menu from the tool bar from the top of the windowpane. but i am not able to capture that folder options from the Tools menu

Perhaps you are not the Administrator of the PC & your account have been denied that user right.

You must be in Explorer, not Intenet explorer.

Start -> Right click on it, Explore.

Tools -> Folder Options

View tab.
